ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Impacks Sales Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for schools and parent organizations-guiding them through every step of bringing Impacks to their schools. You approach each interaction as an opportunity to support a school and create a convenient back-to-school shopping experience for parents. Clear communication, attention to detail, and problem solving are critical to this role. In-depth, ongoing training will be provided to help ensure your success. With Impacks, you can leverage your passion for helping people by bringing unique, impact-centric solutions to schools and parents. There is a defined path to growth in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and connect with key school and district decision-makers (school secretaries, principals, and PTO/PTA leaders), primarily through cold calling – a minimum of 60 calls daily
  • Set up and conduct virtual meetings to present the Impacks solution and tailor it to each school’s needs
  • Manage relationships from first contact through renewal, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience
  • Use CRM and sales tools to track pipelines, follow-ups, and account activity

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary range: $40,000/annual
  • Bonus structure based on appointments set each week: $20.00/Appointment
  • Competitive commission scaling with the amount of kits sold annually
  • On target earning schedule: Year 1: $50K–$70K | Year 2: $70K–$90K | Year 3: $90k+

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in sales, education partnership, or client management preferred, but not required
  • Genuine enjoyment in collaboration and strong communication and relational skills
  • Ability to speak eloquently about the programs and products that Impacks offers
  • Motivated by measurable goals and energized by connecting with school communities
